Evan plays a key role across the Sitex Group platform, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, development, and investor relations. Since joining Sitex Group in 2015, Evan has been actively involved in over $500 million in acquisition, disposition and financing transactions.

Prior to joining Sitex Group, Evan was a financial analyst at CBRE, where he worked with the Debt and Structured Finance division of the Capital Markets team. From 2012 to 2015, Evan assisted in the acquisition of equity and debt financing for office, retail, multi-family, hospitality and industrial assets totaling over $2 billion.

Evan holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance as well as a degree in Real Estate from Lehigh University’s College of Business and Economics.
