Cary is a founding Partner of Sitex Realty Group. As a Principal with Sitex, Mr. Goldman focuses on property acquisition, development, as well as overseeing tenant relations and lease management. Since January of 2002, Cary has taken a lead role in the acquisition of 60+ individual properties with a total capitalization of over $200 million. Cary began his career in 1993 at Epic/ Savage Realty Partners currently d/b/a Newmark Knight Frank in Chicago, IL. From 1993 to 2001 Cary achieved success as an industrial real estate transactional broker, sales manager, and in 1997 became an equity Partner. Cary has had the unique opportunity to spend his entire career in the industrial real estate niche. Mr. Goldman received a BBA in Finance from the University of Iowa in 1993.
