Brian is focused on acquisition and development opportunities throughout Sitex Group’s two major markets, Chicago and the NY/NJ metro area. He has over 10 years of industrial real estate and private equity investing experience. Since 2004, Brian has acquired and developed over $600 million of industrial real estate in the Chicago and the NY/NJ Metro area markets. Prior to Sitex, Brian was part of the founding team and Senior Vice President of acquisitions for KTR Capital Partners, a $3.5 billion real estate private equity firm headquartered in New York City. His responsibilities included identifying, negotiating and acquiring of assets throughout the United States with a strong focus on the NY/NJ metropolitan area, Chicago, the Pacific Northwest and Canada. He started his career in industrial real estate working for Colliers Houston & Co. in their investment sales group in New Jersey. Brian received his Business Administration (BSBA) Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Finance from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.
