Brian D Milberg
Brian is a partner of Sitex Group and has been an integral part of the expansion into the Northeast. Brian focuses on acquisition and development opportunities throughout SG’s major markets. He has over 12 years of industrial real estate and private equity investing experience. Since 2004, Brian has acquired and developed over $750 million of industrial real estate in the United States. Prior to SG, Brian was a founding member and Senior Vice President of KTR Capital Partners, an industrial real estate private equity firm headquartered in New York City. His responsibilities included identifying, negotiating and acquiring assets throughout the United States with a strong focus on the NY/NJ metropolitan area, Chicago, the Pacific Northwest and Canada. He started his career in industrial real estate working for Colliers Houston & Co. in New Jersey. Brian received his Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing and Finance from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University. Brian is also a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
Cary O Goldman
Cary is a founding Partner of Sitex Group. As a Principal with Sitex, Mr. Goldman focuses on property acquisition, development, as well as overseeing tenant relations and lease management. Since January of 2002, Cary has taken a lead role in the acquisition of 60+ individual properties with a total capitalization of over $200 million. Cary began his career in 1993 at Epic/ Savage Realty Partners currently d/b/a Newmark Knight Frank in Chicago, IL. From 1993 to 2001 Cary achieved success as an industrial real estate transactional broker, sales manager, and in 1997 became an equity Partner. Cary has had the unique opportunity to spend his entire career in the industrial real estate niche. Mr. Goldman received a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Iowa in 1993.
David L Friedman
David is a founding Partner of Sitex Group. In addition to focusing on property acquisitions, David oversees the firm’s fiscal controls including: financial underwriting, accounting, and property financing. In 2006 and 2007 David lead the company in developing a disposition strategy culminating in the sale of over $100 million of assets at peak valuations. David began his career practicing public accounting for Blackman Kallick, the ninth largest accounting firm in Chicago. David’s 15 years of real estate experience includes work as a financial analyst at LaSalle Partners currently d/b/a Jones Lang LaSalle a leading national real estate investment and advisory firm and was Director of Acquisitions at Epic Savage Realty Partners currently d/b/a Newmark Knight Frank a boutique industrial investment and brokerage company located in Chicago, IL. David is a certified public accountant and received his Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Colorado in 1993.
Eric is a founding Partner of Sitex Group. His role includes equity sourcing, debt placement, and short and long term strategic planning. He was a Chartered Accountant in South Africa, attended The University of Michigan and received an MBA in Finance (1968) and worked for Touche Ross as a management consultant early in his career. He initially relocated to Chicago to work for Sam Zell. In 1978, Eric started his own business focusing on condo conversions and syndicated acquisitions of office, retail and industrial real estate in Chicago, North Carolina and Georgia. In the late eighties and early nineties, Eric partnered with Hersch Klaff to develop and syndicate real estate transactions. In addition to over 35 years of real estate experience, Eric was co-owner of Distributors Stock Forms Inc., has been an active venture investor, and currently serves on several advisory boards. Not for profit boards include Jobs for Youth and Spertus Institute.
