Matthew is responsible for the day-to-day accounting operations. Matthew works closely with the Controller and Property Manager to produce detailed periodic financial reports for Lenders and Investors, keeping the General Ledger integrity and maintaining Company Policy and Procedures.

Prior to joining Sitex, Matthew worked as a Senior Property Accountant at Seritage Growth Properties where he reported to the Director of Property Accounting in support of a portfolio of 158 wholly-owned properties and 4 joint-venture properties totally approximately 28.5 million square feet of space. Prior to Seritage, Matthew worked as an accountant for EisnerAmper LLP and SKP LLP, national public accounting firms, where he maintained the books and records as well as provided audit, review, compilation, and tax services for various clients including real estate investors and developers.

Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Queens College, and a Master of Science degree in Accounting from Sy Syms School of Business and a Master of Business Administration degree in finance from Touro University Worldwide.
